Who We Are?

A team of awesome developers who are driven by perfectionism and the urge to create something that our customers love.

What We Do?

Build beautiful and easy to use websites and powerful, functional software. Offer top notch customer support. Care for every detail.

Why we do it?

Because we love web design. And because setting up your website should neither be painful nor expensive nor complicated.

Since when?

artKenya was launched  in 2001 as a web design studio. We expanded to include software development from 2009.

… and a little bit more about us

Founded in 2001, our philosophy was and still is, to give young, talented Kenyans a chance to work with us and to follow their passion. artKenya’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program enables staff take up degree courses in computer-related studies to prepare them for greater responsibilities while working for the company.

We design and develop database-driven websites (‘Content Management Systems’), advanced web and mobile apps. We also offer web hosting, maintenance and domain registration services.

artKenya has in-house capabilities to develop on various platforms and in various coding languages, such as PHP/mySQL, ASP, VB, VB.NET ASP.NET, JavaScript, etc.. Our CMS platform of choice is WordPress.

We work very closely with our clients (see below) and – even long after completion of a project – are always at hand for further maintenance and support. artKenya was chosen by our clients for her responsiveness, technical know-how and the ability to complete an assignment in a prescribed time-frame.

artKenya aims to be at the forefront of technology but, as our business grows, we also try to stay small enough to always give you, our customer, that service with the ‘personal touch’ starting with the development of your project and not ending in case you require support: at artKenya you will always speak to a competent person who knows and understands your account.
